During the application process our analyst team will be looking into things like the problem your company solves, SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market), scalability, and your team. Whether you’re a SEED stage startup or an established company with millions in ARR, we review every application that has a great solution to a big problem.

We provide services for any stage company in a wide range of scalable markets. We are industry agnostic and have portfolio companies in edtech, fintech, agtech, apps, consumer products, SaaS, mobile trading, EV, and more.

Not directly, however we do help our portfolio companies raise capital (if needed) by introducing them to our network of angels, VC’s, and institutional investors. Our Capital service team will help you structure your cap table, business documents, and pitch deck so you’ll be ready to engage with our investors.

We do not sign NDA’s. RevRoad works with so many companies that we cannot possibly sign an NDA for each one. However, we are committed to your privacy and to keeping your intellectual property and cap table information secure.

Yes. Many portfolio companies already have a clear path to funding and continue to raise during or after their time with RevRoad.

Some companies are in a good position to scale and just need funding. We’ll work with you on creating a lighter service package, including Capital, so you can raise responsibly and set yourself up for success later down the road.

We employ a large staff of experts in various fields to help build your company. The cost of the services we provide are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. In addition to our venture services, portfolio companies gain access to over $600,000 worth of free and discounted products offered by our preferred partners.

We have a standard equity deal range for all our service investments. The amount of equity exchanged depends on many factors including how many RevRoad services you need, the stage your company is in, and how much recurring revenue your business generates. If your company makes it to the end of our application pitch process and we decide to invest our services in your company, we’ll discuss your needs in a private meeting.

As part of the onboarding process, we’ll introduce you to your new RevRoad team members, connect you with a mentor, and establish a weekly schedule to meet with each service department and track progress. During the first year of the program, our expert teams will work with you to build a scalable foundation. Some services, like web development and video production, are hourly based and may be front-loaded during the first year depending on your go-to-market strategy. In the second year, as we continue to provide ongoing services, we’ll help you train and develop a self-sufficient team so you can continue to grow after graduating from the 24-month RevRoad accelerator program. Throughout the program, portfolio companies gain access to amenities like office space, monthly workshops, mentors, and never ending snacks.

The number of services you choose depends on the needs of your company. As part of the signing process, we’ll customize a service package from the 12 different services available. The more services chosen, the higher the equity ask.

Each RevRoad portfolio company gets dedicated office space where you and your team can work, network with other entrepreneurs, and collaborate with RevRoad staff. The accessible common areas include event space, conference and meeting rooms, and a kitchen. If you have your own office space, work remotely, or live outside of Utah, no problem. We’ll discuss all your needs, including the need for office space, as part of the sign-on process.

Not exactly. Typical accelerators last about 3 months and offer cash in exchange for equity. RevRoad is a venture services firm.
